Fiesta Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 cup Yellow Cornmeal 1 cup Flour, whole grain 1 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) .25 tsp Tarragon, ground 0.75 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 0.33 cup Apple sauce 2 tbsp Maple Syrup .5 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 1.33 cup Soy Milk
Directions
put dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Add corn, apple sauce, maple syrup, flaxmeal (egg replacer) and milk. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
