Kale Avocado Green Apple Salad

Ingredients
1 serving Apple-Granny Smith Green (Medium) 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) juice of 1/2 medium lime1 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Olive Oil 3 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 5 cup kale, raw (about 1 bunch)1/4 t saltblack pepper to taste ~ 1/8 t1 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds
Directions
Cut the apple and the avocado into chunks. Drizzle with lime juice. Stir together the apple cider vinegar, honey, mustard, and olive oil to make a dressing. Chop the kale into bite-sized pieces and massage the salt and pepper into the kale. Add the dressing and mix. Top with the avocado/apple/lime mix and the hemp seeds.
