Slow cooker split pea soup

Ingredients
2.5 cup Split Peas 1 leek Leeks - sliced (green and white parts)3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw - sliced2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw - sliced1 clove Garlic - minced0.25 cup Parsley - chopped6 cup Vegetable Broth 1 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 1 bay leaf
Directions
Combine all the ingredients together in a slow cooker. Cook on low 7-8 hrs and on high for 3-4 hrs. Remove bay leaf before serving.
