Shepard's Pie

Ingredients
*Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped 1 lb Ground beef, extra lean, Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1/2 cup Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Pepper, black, 1/2 tsp Rosemary, dried, 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Garlic, 2-3 clove Milk, nonfat, 1/4 cup Butter, salted, 1 tbsp Peas and carrots, frozen, 1 cup Beef Gravy, 1 cup
Directions
boil potatoes with 3 garlic cloves for 20 min drain and mash with skim milk and 1 tbs butter.
set aside

heat oil & onion until soft,
add meat until brown
add next 6 ingredients and simmer 45 min
place meat mixture in a casserole dish and cover with frozen veggies

top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with paprika

Bake at 350 for 45 min

top each serving with a little brown gravy.
