8 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh 2.5 cup Asparagus, fresh 1.5 cup, sliced Zucchini, fresh1.5 cup, diced Celery, raw .25 c. parsely, chopped raw 12 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) 9 tsp Ginger Root 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar .5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1 tsp ground tumeric
saute onion and celery about 5 minutes. add garlic, cook for one more minute. add the rest and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
ADD seasonings to taste: • Salt and pepper and Cilantro paste and Lemongrass paste
