Hot Italian Sausage with Jalapeņo Potatoes

Ingredients
5 sausage links (approx. 20 oz)3 lbs of potato1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 medium sweet red peppers cut into 1-inch strips2 medium sweet yellow or orange peppers cut into 1-inch strips3 Jalapeno Peppers1/4 cup butter, cubed1/4 cup of waterThe following to tasteMinced garlicSaltPepper
Directions
1. Brown sausage
2. Peel and cube potato (approx. 1-inch)
3. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Toss to combine.
4. Once combined, place sausage on top of vegetables
5. Cook on low for 4
6. Remove sausages and cut diagonally, place back into slow cooker and mix into the vegetables. Cook on high for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
7. Serve and enjoy
