Ingredients
3.0 cup, sliced Zucchini1.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes1.0 cup Spinach, fresh0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper0.25 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat2.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk2.0 oz Cheddar Cheese1.0 cup Ragu Traditional Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce)
Directions
Layer all ingredients, reserving some cheese, like you would a traditional lasagna. Cook at 425 covered with foil for 45 minutes. Add remaining cheese, and cook uncovered another 10-15 minutes.
