Ham, Corn & Potato Chowder

Ingredients
1 cup diced ham6 medium potatoes, peeled & diced1 cup chopped celery1/2 cup chopped onion1 cup frozen corn kernels1/4 cup diced red bell pepper1 cup chicken stock6 cups water1 cup milk1 tsp thyme1/4 tsp black pepperdry mustard to taste
Directions
Cook potatoes in water & chicken stock in a large pot. When potatoes are soft, blend or mash in the water & stock mixture. After mashing, add onion, celery, corn & ham. Cook until onions are soft. Add seasonings, red bell pepper, and milk. Heat through and serve.
