Quickie Black Beans

Ingredients
1 28oz can black beans3-4 peppers1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic , minced2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Drain and rinse beans

Chop onion, saute in oil with salt and ground pepper until softened. Add garlic and saute until fragrant. Add peppers and seasoning. Saute 3 minutes. Add beans and mix thoroughly. Cook until beans are heated through (about 7 minutes).

Serving Size: Makes 6 1.5c servings (may vary by how big your pepper pieces are)
