3 cup green giant cauliflower rice 4 cup Bertoli Olive Oil & Garlic pasta sauce (by BTTERTHANBEAUTY) 140 gram(s) roasted zuchinni (1/2 tbsp evoo and 2 cups zuchinni)
Place zucchini in roasting pan and spray with Pam cooking spray. Season to taste. Bake @ 350 for about 20-25 minutes. Add 3 cups cauliflower rice and 1 jar of Pasta Sauce of your choice and bake for another hour. Enjoy!
