Jalapeno Spinach Dip

3 tbsp canned jalapeno peppers8 cup Chopped Spinach, fresh 8 oz Cream Cheese 2 tsp Bacon grease
Melt bacon grease (or butter if you prefer) in pan. Add spinach and saute until wilted down. In a bowl mash cold cream cheese to soften. Add spinach and jalapeno and stir until completely incorporated. You can serve it warm as is or cold. If served cold it is more like a spread then a dip.
