Chorizo & Beef Chili

Ingredients
3 serving Bacon - Pork 1 medium slice pan fried 6 oz Chorizo, pork and beef 32 oz Ground beef 4 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 2 oz Cream Cheese 1 can Canned Tomatoes 1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 2 tbsp Chili powder
Directions
Cut up bacon and fry. Set aside bacon and grease for later.
Add chorizo to skillet and separate it a little.
Add beef, green chilis, onions and garlic to pan. Cook meat til completely browned.
Add 1 can diced tomatoes.
Add 1 can of tomato paste.
Add 2 tbls of Chili Powder.
Mix well.
Allow to simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Add cream cheese for thickening. (I pinched it into small pieces for easier melting.
Serve when ready.

Serving Size: Makes 11 servings, 2/3 Cup each.
