Cloud Bread (Oopsie Bread)

3 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh 0.125 tsp Cream of tartar 3 tbsp Cream Cheese
1. Separate egg whites from yolks and set yolks aside in different container.
2. Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat with electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
3. Melt cream cheese in microwave until just warmed to room temp. Then fold cream cheese into egs until a smooth mixture is achieved.
4. Gently fold egg/cream cheese mixture into egg whites.
5. Scoop approximately 1/2 cup of mixture onto cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
6. Bake at 300 degrees Farenheit for 20-30 minutes until light browned.
*May store at room temp for first day then store covered in fridge. They will get a bit sticky. They toast up nicely for sandwiches.*
