Smothered Lentils

Ingredients

2 cup lentils 1 cup raw onions (chopped).5 cup raw celery (chopped) 2 Tbsp garlic (minced) 1 cup ham (cooked and chopped) .5 cup raw carrots 1 cup raw tomato (diced) 1 tsp marjoram (dried)1 tsp coriander (ground)3 cup water
Prepare vegetables and ham per ingredients list.
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover.
Cook on low 8 hours. If lentils have absorbed all water after 5 hours, add 1 more cup water and stir.
Serving Size: makes 2.5 servings
