Cheesy Turkey Penne Skillet

Ingredients
12 oz uncooked penne pasta1 lb 93% lean turkey1 large onion, chopped1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano1 can (6 oz) tomato paste½ cup water3 cups reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Start cooking pasta. While pasta cooks, saute ground turkey and onion and then drain throughly. Stir in tomatoes, paste and water

Coat baking dish with spray. Combine pasta with turkey/tomato mix and only 1 cup of cheese. Pour into dish and top with remaining cheese.
