Directions
1.combine oats and cold water let sit 20 mintues

2. disolve yeast in warm water add salt

3. add oat mixture and flour gradually until slightly sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise until doubled.

4. Punch down and knead until elastic and smooth. Divide into desired loaf sizes and place on papered baking sheet. Let rise 45 minutes.

Bake at 400F until golden and sound hollow when tapped.
