3.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw25.0 Grams Rice flour, white50.0 g Cornflour (UK)25.0 gram topioca125.0 gram milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients together Pre heat the Oven gas mark 7 Lightly spray a 12 hole deep cupcake tin Put in the oven for 10 minutes Once the time is up divide the batter to the pan Bake for 25/30 minutes Do not open the oven door They should be light and crispy Serving Size: 12
