Nickki's Farro Salad

Ingredients
3 cups cooked Farro 5 cup Mann's Power Blend Superfood (1 - 10 oz package).75 cup Ocean Spray Reduced Sugar Craisins (1- 5 oz package) 1 serving Sun Maid Golden Raisins 1/4 Cup Vinaigrette dressing of choice prior to consumption (Raspberry walnut Light)
Directions
Cook the farro in salted water or with added veggie or chicken stock per your preference until al-dente.
Add the raw veggies, craisins, and golen raisins

This salad can be stored w/out dressing until just prior to serving.

Add 2 tbsp. of either raspberry vinaigrette dressing or vinaigrette of choice per serving.

Serving Size: Makes 5 1.5 cup servings
