Ingredients
1 lb Pork Tenderloin, diced .5 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw, chopped 1 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh, chopped 1 large Onions, raw, chopped 4 clove Garlic, minced 1 tsp Fennel seed (grinding optional)1 tsp Anise Seed (grinding optional)1 tsp Caraway Seed (grinding optional)1.5 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato 2 serving Panera Bread Tomato Bisque .25 cup Cider Vinegar 3 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce2 tsp Goya Sazon Seasoning 2 tsp Herbs de Provence4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 package (8 oz) Spinach, fresh, chopped 3 Peppers, Cubanelle fryer, chopped
Directions
Heat oil in large heavy pot. Saute pork, onions, peppers, spices in oil until softened. Add everything else into pot and simmer until desired consistency (1-2 hours).
