Ingredients
0.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese0.5 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk10.0 Grams Broccoli, frozen4.0 serving Chicken, Perdue Chicken breasts
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees . Use 2 small chicken breasts (1 lb.), cut them into 4 pieces then slicing each piece in the middle to create a pocket. Set aside. Break up broccoli (I put it in a bag then hit it with a meat hammer to break it into pieces), mix ricotta, shredded cheddar and broccoli together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stuff chicken with cheese and broccoli mixture. Bake in a foil lined pan pocket side up covered for 20 minutes. Serving Size: 4 oz
