beef pastie pie crust

Ingredients
0.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour 6 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
mix flours together with a dash of salt. cube cold butter and add to bowl with flour, with a pastry tool work in butter till it is in crumbles about the size of peas. Add 1 tablespoon of ice cold water and gently toss with a fork. Push to side of bowl and repeat till all is moistened. form in to a ball. Chill for 30 min. roll out with a rolling pin till it is large enough to cut 6 circles.
