Banana oat scones

Ingredients
2/3 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A2.0 stick Butter, unsalted1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tbsp Vanilla Extract3.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh2.0 tbsp Baking Powder0.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar2.0 cup Flour, white2.0 cup Whole Wheat Flour2.0 tsp Cream Of Tartar3.0 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
Directions
Combine flours, baking powder, cream of tartar; set aside. Blend mashed banana, sugar, vanilla, melted margarine, and milk until fairly smooth. Add in dry ingredients and mix just until moistened. Pour out onto floured board. Incorporate more flour if dough is too sticky. Cut dough in 8 parts and roll or pat each ball into a circle. Cut into 8 wedges. Place on parchment paper on baking sheet at least a half inch apart. Bake 425 for about 10 minutes, until light golden brown. Serving Size: 64
