Easy Cheesy Quesadilla

Ingredients
1 fat free 7" tortilla1 oz shredded cheese1 tbsp fat free sour cream1 tbsp salsa
Directions
Heat a skillet over low heat. Place the tortilla in the pan once it's hot. Add the shredded cheese to half the tortilla. Fold the other side over.

After 2 minutes, flip the quesadilla and cook another minute or two.

Remove from the heat and cut in half. Top with sour cream and salsa!
