Ingredients
2 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Garlic 2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 2 cup Brussels sprouts, fresh
Directions
Cut vegetables into bite sized pieces. In a large pan on medium heat, cook onion for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and carrots and cook for further 5 minutes before adding the remaining vegetables and season if desired. Cook vegetables to your liking.
