1.0 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)0.5 serving Tropicana Orange Juice (8 oz)0.75 serving Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz)1.0 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh0.75 cup Dole Frozen Fruit (Sliced Strawberries, Pineapples, Peaches, and Mango)0.12 cup Spinach, frozen
Directions
Use a frozen banana. Add all ingredients to blender and mix then puree. Stir in between if needed.
