2 cup Oat Groats, Bobs Red Mill Organic .25 cup dry (by MIKENPAT) 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 4 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 16 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Shred apples and combine all ingredients in slow cooker, stir to mix ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours. Top with sugar, berries, banana or other sweetener of your choice. (You can substitute 2 cups unsweetened apple sauce for the fresh apples if needed.)
