Sweet and sour sesame bok choy with pork

Ingredients
0.5 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 3 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Honey 2 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar 3 tsp Chinese hot mustard 0.65 tbsp Argo Cornstarch 0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 12 oz Ground Pork 2 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 tbsp Sesame Oil 3 cup Brown Rice, medium grain 0.65 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Directions
Whisk together stick,soy sauce, honey, vinegar, hot mustard, cornstarch and crushed red pepper in a bowl. Set aside. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add pork; cook, stirring often and scraping bottom of pan with a wooden spoon to loosen browned bits, until pork is browned and crumbled, 4-5 minutes. Remove pork from pan with a slotted spoon. Add baby bok choy which has been quartered lengthwise as well as 1 cup matchsticks cut carrots to drippings in pan; cook over medium high heat until slightly wilted, 2-3 minutes. Add stock mixture and pork. Bring to a boil; cook until thickened, 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in sesame oil. Serve over rice, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
