0.5 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)8.0 oz Ground beef, lean0.25 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med2.0 tbsp *Pace Chunky Salsa - Medium1.0 oz Sour Cream1.0 serving cheese great value colby and Monterey jack2.0 tsp taco seasoning McCormick1.0 serving tortilla mission carb balance1.0 oz red onion raw
Directions
****Cut tortilla into 8 wedges, then spray with olive oil spray and bake in a 350° oven for 5 min, flip, spray and bake an additional 5 min or until desired crispness. ****Brown ground beef, add taco seasoning and onions ****Place ground beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sourcream and salsa into a bowl ****Eat with chips Serving Size: 1
