Pumpkin muffins

3.5 cups flour2 tsps baking powder1 tsp allspice1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg0.5 tsp cloves0.5 tsp salt0.5 tsp baking soda1.3 cups brown sugar0.75 cup fat free milk0.33 cup sunflower oil2 tsps vanilla extract2 large eggs450g pumpkin (canned)
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Line muffin tin with paper muffin cups and set aside.
3. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and whisk well. Make a well in the center.
4. Combine all wet ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well. Pour into well of dry ingredients and stir till just combined.
5. Spoon into muffin tin. Should make 23 muffins. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
6. Cool muffins on a wire rack. One serving = one muffin. Makes 23 muffins.
