Italian Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1 cup Pasta, Spaghetti, Macaroni: Plain, cooked 2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 1 cup .5 large Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 3.5 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatos (by A25255T) 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
cook pasta, rinse and drain. fry vegetables until tender. In large pot add everything else together. add herbs boil and simmer for 20 min. add pasta and cream.
