Sunflower Seed Butter Bars

7 date, pitted Medjool dates 8 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 1 small box (1.5 oz) Raisins 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground .08 tbsp Pure Raw Vanilla Powder (by SARAHWELTSCH) 12 tbsp Sun Butter (Sunflower seed butter) 4.8 tbsp ARTISANA COCONUT BUTTER
Place dates, shredded coconut, raisins, cinnamon and vanilla powder into a food processor with the "s" blade. Process the mixture for about 30 seconds, add the remaining ingredients and process until combined. Pour into a bread pan with parchment paper on bottom and freeze for about an hour. Cut into 24 small squares and store in freezer bag. Bars soften at room temperature.
