Ingredients
200.0 Grams White Rice, medium grain500.0 Grams Chicken Breast, with skin100.0 Grams Peas, frozen100.0 Grams Carrots, raw5.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap5.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive OilSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In an oven dish add olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, a layer of chopped carrots, a layer of rice, a layer of chopped chicken breast and a layer of peas. Add in the water and put in the oven at 150-170 degrees Celsius, until fully cooked.
