Loaded Baked Potato

Ingredients
1 potato, about 2" diameter1 tbsp butter1 tbsp sour cream2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese 1 tbsp bacon bits
Directions
Scrub potato under running water, pat dry, and prick 3 to 4 times with fork. Cook potato in microwave until tender, about 5 to 6 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking.

Split potato down middle and serve topped with butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 1 serving.
