Vegitarian Scrambled Tofu, home frys and sausage

Ingredients
1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers .2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend 12 oz Tofu, Extra Firm, Nasoya 5 serving Morning Star Farms "Sausage Links" 2 links 28 oz Steamables Golden Potatoes
Directions
Dice peppers and onions and cook till glossy with sausage. Break up tofu in hands, crumbling in to pan with fryed onions and peppers and add Mrs dash. After steaming the patatoes cut into quaters and add mrs dash and put in oven for ten minites or untill browned turn over after first five minutes in oven so both sides are browned.
