Chili Relleno Casserole

Ingredients
0.5 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned 0.75 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies 2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 12 oz Pork tenderloin (or any meat already cooked)2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving dry milk powder (23g makes 1 cup of milk) 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 clove Garlic 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 0.3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tsp Chili powder
Directions
Layer chilies, rotel, chopped onion, pork, cheese (in that order); then beat together eggs, milk, and spices and pour over the top. Bake in 350 oven about an hour in a 6x10x2 baking dish; until knife comes out clean from center.
