Quinoa Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 serving Brussells Sprouts, steamed 1 cup Nature's Earthly Choice Quinoa - 1/4 cup dry 1/2 cup cooked .25 tsp Splenda 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp ground tumeric (by INSPIREDBYCHJ) 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
Directions
In a wok or a large pan, Spray with pam. Fry the egg (scrambled) and take out of the pan.
Stir cubed chicken breast with butter until done and set aside.
Add chopped onions, vegetables and stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
Add chicken, cooked quinoa, soy sauce, tumeric, sugar and garlic powder. Continue stirring for about 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Remove from heat and add sesame oil. Serve immediately.
