.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes 2 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
head the oil, stir in chopped onion and pepper. saute for 3 minutes. add chopped tomatoes. saute for another 3 munites.
