Portobello Brisket Burger

Ingredients
1 serving 1 Large Portobello Mushroom (by MICOLINA26) 4 oz Beef brisket, ground, lean meat, cooked (yield after fat removed) (by CHUCKLES0719) 0.13 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving "Great Value" Pepper Jack Cheese, Sliced (1 slice) 1 serving Smithfield All Natural Bacon
Directions
Season 4 ounces of ground brisket and cook on grill or griddle top with bacon and mushroom cap. Once meat is cooked pull off cooktop and cut mushroom in half and use as bun. Put meat cheese and bacon between the mushroom halves and enjoy
