Ingredients
400.0 fl oz Chicken Broth or Bouillon1.5 cup Coconut milk (light)500.0 Grams Shrimp, cooked1.0 tsp Ginger Root
Directions
Cook ginger and curry paste in pot for 1-2 minutes until aromatic. Add chicken stock and coconut milk and bring to light boil. Add shrimp and heat until cooked. Serve over Jasmine or basmati rice.
