Champagne cream sauce

Ingredients
4 oz Champagne, Extra Dry, Totts 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 tbsp Kerry gold salted butter 0.35 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
Directions
Butter first. Then add champagne and broth. Simmer with protein of choice 15 to 20 minutes. Remove protein. Add milk and mushrooms (optional) and stir until thickened.
