Granola n Peach Dessert

Ingredients
6 medium peaches, fresh1 cup Bear Naked Heavenly Chocolate Granola1 tbsp of Extra Light Olive Oil20 or so blueberries, fresh
Directions
1. Cut the 6peaches in half and clean out the pit. Fill the pit with the 1 cup granola (evenly distributed) and place a few blueberries on top. Sprinkle lightly with olive oil.
2. Place peaches in a 2 or 3'' deep pan, bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.

Enjoy! And to give it a little extra, just add a bit of cool whip!
