5 minute Chocolate Cake in a mug

Ingredients
0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .25 cup Granulated Sugar 2 tbsp Hershey's baking cocoa (by DERFUZZENHEIMER) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .181 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 3 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 1 dash Salt .125 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Combine !/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 TBSP Cocoa, 3 pinches salt, 3 pinches baking powder in an oversized mug and mix well. Mix in the egg. Then pour in 3 TBSP milk, 3 TBSP oil and mix well. A little vanilla may be added. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 Watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed. Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate. Cut into 4 pieces. Eat and Enjoy!
