Cauliflower Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 2 cup Egg - Eggbeaters 3 cup Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites
Directions
Grind oats. Mix all ingredients. Season to taste. Needs lots of seasoning. Use half the oats for better taste. Spread in pan
Bake in 350 oven for 20-30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. If adding greens at end put them on cover and let steam during last 5 min. Serve with pico de gallo or hot sauce
