8 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 3 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. .5 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1.5 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
1. preheat over to 350
2. in food processor mix all dry ingredients, pulse about 10 times
3. Add wet ingredients, pulse about 20 seconds, scrape edges.
4. scrape dough in greased 9x5 bread pan (should fill about half way.)
5. cook for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
6. let cool in pan for 30 minutes
you can also add herbs like thyme, rosemary garlic if you wish.
Serving Size: 1 slice per serving, 10 slices per loaf
