Ingredients
2.5 serving 10 baby carrots raw cut in 3rds2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 16 oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey Ham, sm-med cubes1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 5 cup Beans, pinto 4 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh 2 serving Knorr Chicken Bullion (large cubes) (by ISLAND7172) 1 tsp Garlic powder 2 tsp Old Bay (by KWENBEE) 1 tsp Dried Oregano (by ARCTIC.ORCA) 1 tsp Dried Thyme (by ARCTIC.ORCA)
Directions
Throw everything in a big soup pot, substitute spinach or any greens for kale, use 4 small bullion cubes any flavor in place of knorr cubes. Cook at Medium to Low simmer, partial lid on for 1-2 hrs Adjust saltiness last 20 minutes.
Makes more than 2 cup servings. Just divide in 8 portions, same cals.
