oatmeal mix:1 c flour3/4 c oatmeal1 t cinnamon1 c brown sugar1/2 c melted butter4 c diced rhubarbpour-over mix:1 c granulated sugar1 c water2 T cornstarch1 t vanilla
preheat oven to 350 degrees
combine all ingredients for oatmeal mix. Pour half of mix into an ungreased 8x8 pan, do not pack. Pour diced rhubarb into pan. combine pour-over mix ingredients in small saucepan. Heat until thick, stirring constantly. Pour over rhubarb in pan. Top pan with remaining oatmeal mixture. Bake for 55 minutes.
