1.5 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh0.5 cup, sliced Onions, raw0.5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper0.5 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk1.0 tsp parm cheese grated
Slice chicken thigh. Sauté chicken mushrooms onion and broccoli. Cut pepper in half lengthwise. Remove ribs and seeds. Put Parm in the bottom of pepper. Add chicken mixture top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for about 30 min
