24 oz Ground beef, lean 3 cup, chopped Kale 1.5 cup, grated Carrots, raw 1 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Cauliflower, raw 5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 7 serving beef boullion cube (by EM4147) 9 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
brown meat. chop veggies. put all ingredients in a crock pot. cook for 4 hours. enjoy.
