Lasagna Bubble Up Bake

Ingredients
1 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 8 serving Pillsbury Grands!jr Golden Layers Buttermilk Biscuits (1 biscuit (34g)) 2 cup Cheese - Sargento classic mozzarella shredded cheese 16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 2.5 cup prego flavored with meat spaghetti sauce (by JLJC2008)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
2. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
3. Set aside.
4. In a bowl, combine 1 cup of spaghetti sauce (set aside the rest for later use), Ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese.
5. Cut up biscuits into eighths.
6. Mix cut-up biscuits with cheese and sauce mixture.
7. Stir well.
8. Spread into prepared pan.
9. Cook Italian sausage. Make sure you break it up as it cooks ensuring it gets browned and cooked thoroughly.
10. Drain any excess grease. Turn off heat.
11. Pour in remainder spaghetti sauce with sausage and stir well.
12. Spread meat mixture on top of biscuit layer.
13. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
14. Sprinkle with dried parsley flakes.
15. Bake uncovered for about 25-30 minutes, until biscuits are cooked through (it took closer to 30 minutes in my oven).

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings in a 9x13 pan.
