Kim's Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients
16 oz. Italian pork sausage, mild (or chicken)2 -10 oz. bags cabbage, raw, shredded 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 Garlic clove, minced 1 tbsp Ginger, ground 1/2 c. Soy Sauce 1 Onion medium yellow, sliced thin 3 Green Onion stalks 8 oz. sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
Directions
Brown sausage in pan over medium heat.
Add sesame oil, mushrooms and onion to pan with browned sausage. Mix together, continue to cook over medium heat.
Mix soy sauce, garlic and ground ginger in a small bowl. Once onions have browned, add the sauce mixture to the pan.
Immediately add the shredded cabbage and toss to coat distribute ingredients evenly.
Add chicken broth and stir again.
Continue cooking over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Garnish with salt, pepper and green onion.
